Don and Audrey are the essence of home spun folk singing, complete with wonderful little stories and sincere presentation. Their love of singing and folk songs is surpassed only by their obvious affection for each other. I felt like I was at home listening to family tell stories and pass on something very special. Audrey's singing is absolutely charming as are the enthusiastic melodies she produces with a homemade pick, 2 fingers and dulcimer. And Don's understated baritone is the perfect compliment to his guitar, which delivers songs that are carefully selected, rehearsed, and presented as though he were talking directly at YOU. Guitar baselines and dulcimer melodies that support each other in natural counterpoint like their life together. The recording of tonight's music will be a gem in the Anderson's Family Crown for generations to come. What a gift they shared with us.

A huge turnout and a great evening of music highlighted by Don and Audrey's performance! Don and Audrey have a knack for choosing songs that ideally suit their endearing and charming style. Lot of smiles in the audience tonight! And plenty of great performances by the rest of the group too!

My first time. I thought Don and Audrey's performance was "Golden". They're the real deal. Many guitar players and styles. I enjoyed every song and plan to return.
