Everyone settled in on enjoying a great evening. The new folks and regulars brought nice songs and energy. Great standards and originals. And Gregory Campbell really set the tone with his low key, personable and friendly presentation. Everything from jazz and rock-n-roll gems to 60's pop songs. Yes, it's all folk when folks sing along. His tasteful cord leads and perfectly executed accompaniments took me back to when songs were crafted and presented with sophistication and feeling. Greg also showed us how to pick and lead a song that folks can't help but join in. I hope he comes back often. Also, hope to see some of our missing regulars at the next one.

We had quite a crowd packed in a small space. Featured performer Greg Campbell was great. He's a very "greg"- arious performer with a huge repertoire of crowd pleasing songs! I enjoyed hearing Greg talk about the songs and about his own musical style almost as much as I enjoyed his performances of the songs. I got the sense he could have entertained us for several more hours. A fun evening of music!

Greg was the featured player, and he opened the evening with a selection of "oldies" done his distinctive way, and he's always a pleasure to hear. When songs started going around the circle, the high number of people in a pretty small room made playing and singing along with each other a bit like busking in bedlam, but it surely was some joyous noise, and we had a great time making it.

Very enjoyable evening! Greg's music was beautiful - a nice variety of genres and a wonderful voice! I really enjoyed his music! So many talented musicians, singers, and songwriters there tonight! Thanks Jeff!
