Annie is very talented, great fun and a wonderful folk song writer. I'm amazed how she sings and plays violin at the same time. Her nice arrangements are interesting and lyrics very personal and uncompromising in their message. A fiery singer and performer, we hope to have her and her various groups visit again in the future. The circle itself was amazing, with beautiful presentations on harp, hammer dulcimer, fiddle, guitar, and Banjo. We even had uke and mandolin. Tasteful electric bass helped out. The ladies really raised the music performance this evening - thanks so much.

Not sure we've ever had a larger group. Annie Rettic was simply great! Her enthusiasm and love for music really shines through. I loved her version of Iris Dement's "Let The Mystery Be." And Annie can sing and play the fiddle at the same! Outrageous! I don't even think Allison Krauss can do that. Lots of great performances by the group too. Charles Johnson "pirated" part of the evening with two great songs that delighted everyone! What fun! Thanks everyone! - Mike

Annie's set was great. I have never seen a violin playing fills and riffs while the player was singing at the same time. Dulcimer was great too! Thanks to all!

Another wonderful evening of music! Annie's beautiful, strong voice and the songs she has written kept us all very entertained. Funny, poignant and thoughtful - as varied as the instruments she plays. and the folk circle that followed is always a warm welcoming place to share our music.
