Hi - I didn't see the location for this one. Was it at Templar's?

OK, of the 9 people here who attended ... how did you find the location? In the paper or thru fellow travelers? This is the 2nd time in a row no location was listed, so I couldn't attend this one either.

OK, first let me apologize again for not having the location on the meetup. In general, it's at Old Poway Park except for the Monday Bluegrass Jam, which is in RB @ Roundtable Pizza. Now, this evening was fantastic!! We set it up more than 6 months ago (the very reason the location wasn't filled in yet), I was so gratified that Tres Amigos brought such beautiful music from all over the Americas. It's obviously a love affair they have with this music. And I instantly connected with their heartfelt harmonies and room shaking guitar work. I was reminded of the music Mike and I play, and the common feeling that folk music shares around the world. What a treat to hear music on instruments originating from the Americas. Then the rest of he group started to play until by the evening's end we were bringing out the best stuff. What a great night! Thanks all.

Tres Amigos were great! Carlos is an expert, precision harmonica player, which was a treat. Tres Amigos shared a fantastic musical cultural exchange. As always, thank you Jeff, Tim Day, and all the volunteers and friends of San Diego Folk Heritage.

Fantastic experience. The Tres Amigos played many different styles of Latin American folk songs and explained their history in a very interesting way. If you're into music and culture, these three hombres are a great source of knowledge.

    Great evening!

Six stars Tres Amigos!! Two thumbs up - just a wonderful evening that kept the whole group very entertained and informed. The Cuban rhythms and the harmonies from south of the border were just incredible. In fact the only things missing were the margaritas!
