These are the go-betweens who will put your music up on their Web site where the clients of the library can search for music to suit their needs. Web site called Music Library Report. It's a kind of discussion group for music creators and music library owners. can go to musiclibraryreport.com. It is free. some of it, there is a subscription

Hey Cliff, Thanks for your note and invitation. I enjoy playing mandolin, guitar and bass and would like to learn more about song writing. I think that I could come up with some cool melodies for songs. I am looking forward to the next meetup.
