Best Paying Gig in San Diego!
Now that I have your attention, may I tell you about an
organization I volunteer for? Resounding Joy. It really is the
best paying gig in San Diego- in terms of good Karma!

We perform at various Assisted Living Facilities in San Diego,
lead drum circles for our active military's children, and help
various other people in need through the power of music. We are
looking for people who would like to give a little bit of time
helping others. You need not be a pro musician, just a generous
person who wants to share music with those who really
appreciate it.

Resounding Joy's next training for new volunteers (Joy Givers)

Cliff,

Looks like a good organization! Some of us have recently discussed and performed at a local senior living faciilty. THere are some of us that are very community service oriented. Do you have ideas that the PFC could as a group could partner with this organization? if we do as a group I would think it would be better to do something local to the community of Poway (as we are the Poway Folk Circle)? What's your ideas?

Great suggestion, I like the concept and it would need to be nurtured in the PFC to be effective for us. Oviously, there's the indivual contribution if someone is inclined to this.
