Thanks Tim for posting this. It's going to be a great day. We are enlisting folks to help with the instrument swap. Please contact Tim or myself if you're interested in helping. BTW the instrument swap will have a great view of the main stage and have shade.

I wouldn't mind manning the swap booth for a couple of hours, just don't want to be there all day.

Great, thanks Lisa. Now we only need 2-4 more volunteers.

Don't forget to bring your instruments (and a chair if you need it) and jam with us. There'll be jamming most of the day.

The bluegrass jam will be hosted by our own Jeff Haines from 1.30pm - 5.30pm behind Templars Hall under the big tree. Probably some swing too.

There'll be an Irish music session from 11.00am - 1.30pm under the big sycamore tree in the picnic area. It will be led by Michael Eskin, who plays regularly at The Field Irish Pub in the Gaslamp and also leads the Tuesday night Irish music session at The Ould Sod on Adams Avenue.

Following the Irish music session under the big sycamore tree, there'll be an Old Time Music jam from 1.30pm - till we run out of tunes.....or 5.30pm - whichever comes first. We'll have an assortment of instruments - guitars, clawhammer banjos, fiddles, mandolins, washtub bass, dulcimers, autoharps, spoons and bones etc. We'll also have some clogging and flatfoot dancing.

So....step back in time and listen or play along.
